In some instances the owner may not even need, or wish to register the aircraft in the country where it is based. Biz Jet researches the options, legalities and pitfalls, and advises owners on the consequences of an offshore registration.

Biz Jet Management is the buffer between your company’s liability concerns and the legal system. By owning the aircraft either in your name or ours, BJM provides an arms length transaction between your company and competitors, as well as liability in the unlikely event of an incident.

BJM will even compile company Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals for your corporate operation should you wish to operate in your name, that will help protect your company from liability risks in the event of an incident.

MANAGEMENT

It is often said that buying an Aircraft is the easiest part of ownership. Before you lay your money on the table we will ensure you have a full understanding of how aircraft maintenance impacts on the costs of ownership, and what all the various aspects entail.

Biz Jet Management will make this process as painless as possible, from walking you through the legislative requirements, to overseeing your maintenance procedures and bills, ensuring you get what you pay for and your aircraft is safe and airworthy at all times. After all, a grounded aircraft is nothing more than a ten-ton doorstop!

Our management services include maintenance control, crewing and licensing, documentation control, flight planning, continuing airworthiness, fueling, financial control of all overflight and landing costs including the vetting of all accounts generated by your operations, and ensuring they are genuine prior to payment. We can even pay these on your behalf, giving you a monthly consolidated account that is fully auditable, easy to understand and transparent.

The Maintenance aspect of aircraft ownership is the one area least understood by Owners, and we aim to make sure that this is open, transparent and understandable by all our Owners.

Often regulatory compliance on older aircraft is a complex and arcane art- from where to obtain out of production parts, to finding engineers familiar with its systems.

The scheduling of required maintenance can often make or break the ownership experience, - often by bringing scheduled work forward, or applying to delay it means your expensive asset is ready to help you in your business when you need it, and here a good line of communication with the owner is of paramount importance.

From planning your Maintenance to arranging preferred rates with maintenance companies, to finding that critically needed spare and getting it to wherever you are, Biz Jet Management keeps a handle on your Aircraft's costs and availability.

SALES

Should you already own an Aircraft, and wish to part with it, or even upgrade or downgrade, our extensive contacts in the industry around the world allow us to list, advertise, sell or trade your aircraft at the right price in the right market.

We only handle Business Jets, harnessing our knowledge to extract the most value out of your asset when sale time comes.

How we do it is to use our knowledge of who is buying and selling in the marketplace and then marry the two parties in a manner that is fair to both.

You will not often find us offering aircraft that are available on the open market unless they are especially suited to the Client's needs, we primarily source "off market" aircraft which usually are available at very good prices based on a quick sale.
